“Mandatory” Coaches and Volunteers Meeting!

Dear BYBA Coaches and Volunteers:

Please join us for our Preseason Schedule Meeting and Equipment Pick Up, tomorrow evening, 2/15, at 7:00 PM.  Location is the Burlingame Rec Center.  The meeting will begin promptly at 7 PM.  Since you’ll be selecting your preseason practice times, it’s important that you are on time.

Every team should send at least one representative to select your preseason practice dates and times.  As usual, during the preseason, we will practice twice per week.  Preseason will run from Saturday, 2/25, through Opening Day, on Saturday 3/18. After games begin, we’ll shift to one practice, and one game, per week.

*** Please mark your calendars for Wednesday 3/15, when we’ll have another mandatory meeting in the evening, to select a Date and Time for your regular season practice.***

Tomorrow night, after you’ve selected your practice dates and times for Preseason, you’ll head over to the Bayside Equipment Shed to pick up your equipment bag and bucket of balls.

Please note that this meeting and equipment pick up session is mandatory for all volunteers coaching in the Sandlot, Mudville, Reyna, and Sauer leagues.

If you are coaching in the Rookie league, please follow the instructions you’ve already received from your commissioner Jeremy Gordon.

Thank you,

BYBA Board
